Energy Efficiency Grants Open

These grants are designed to support eligible NSW businesses at different stages of their metering and monitoring journey.

They offer practical ways to improve energy management, drive cost savings and lower emissions.

Applications are assessed as they are received, so apply now. 

Submetering Grant round 2

Apply for up to $20,000, covering 50% of project costs, to install and commission permanent submeters. The total available funding is $1 million.

Applications close at 5pm on 31 March 2026, or earlier if funding is exhausted.

Metering Plan Implementation Grant round 2

Apply for between $20,001 and $100,000, covering up to 50% of project costs, to support comprehensive metering upgrades informed by metering and monitoring plans. The total available funding is $2 million.

Applications close at 5pm on 30 April 2026, or earlier if funding is exhausted.

Energy Performance Services Grant

Apply for up to $50,000, covering 50% of project costs, to support the effective use of your submetering data and turn those insights into impactful action. The total available funding is $1.5 million.

Metering and Monitoring Planning Initiative

Expressions of interest are now open. Up to $1.5 million to support NSW businesses identify their gaps and take steps to address them is available through the initiative.
