Participants Wanted for AI & Human Resources Research in Newcastle

The study aims to better understand how organisations are currently using AI in recruitment and HR processes, the opportunities it presents, and the challenges that may influence its adoption. The findings will contribute to research into how regional businesses can make the most of emerging technologies while keeping people at the centre of decision-making.

Nades is seeking business owners and leaders, HR professionals, and managers to participate in his research via a confidential 45-minute online interview .

The research has received ethics approval from Central Queensland University (CQUniversity).

Drawing on more than 40 years of experience in the technology sector, including a long career with IBM, Nades is passionate about helping organisations adopt technology in ways that improve workplace experiences rather than replace the human element.
