Applications Closing Soon for NSW FLIP Founder Program

Women across NSW are starting businesses, solving problems in their communities and leading change. Whether you already have a business idea or you're still exploring a problem you'd love to solve, NSW FLIP is designed to help you take the next step.

Delivered online and free for women aged 18 and over across New South Wales, NSW FLIP provides the skills, confidence and connections to help transform ideas into impact.

The program begins with a seven-week Founder Readiness phase, helping participants test and validate their ideas before deciding what's next. Participants can then apply for the nine-week FLIP Pre-Accelerator Intensive, where founders receive deeper coaching, mentoring and practical support to refine their ideas and accelerate their journey.

If you've been sitting on an idea or wondering whether now is the right time to get started, NSW FLIP offers a supportive environment to develop essential business validation skills and build authentic leadership presence and connect with a community of like-minded women.
